We offer a wide range of private non-NHS services.

Examples include the following:

• Private consultations and Prescriptions
• Private medical examinations and reports for insurance companies, driving requirements (HGV, PSV), sports etc 
• Private physiotherapy appointments
• Suture removal
• Wound checks/dressings
• Insurance claim forms
• Prescriptions for taking medication abroad
• Private sick notes
• Vaccination certificates

How to arrange an appointment 

Complete a Private Registration Form and email or bring the form into the practice. A member of our reception team will be in contact with you to arrange an appointment. 

Payment will be taken at the time of booking the appointment. If you are not able to make payment at time of booking, you will have 3 days to arrange payment to secure your appointment. If payment is not received within 3 days the appointment will be cancelled. 

If you need to cancel your appointment email nhsh.gp55889-reception@nhs.scot with your name, D.O.B, appointment date & time and the same card information that was used to make payment to enable us to process a refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment will be fully chargeable and a refund will NOT be issue
